For this project, we were tasked with selecting a menu and creating a layout concept around it. I chose sushi as my theme. I discovered the story of a sushi chef who once served the dictator of North Korea, which became the central focus of the book. The content includes interviews, statistical data, and a photography concept to bring the narrative to life.
